Dave will lead a session created for teenagers and designed to stimulate a supportive environment for artistic exploration through music improvisation. The processes explored emphasize the important values of diversity, dialog, self-awareness, group awareness, listening, creative problem solving, spontaneity and risk taking. The Creative Music Workshop offers the potential for personal growth and community development through music improvisation. Based in Houston, Texas, Dave runs Nameless Sound, an organisation that supports the exploration of new methods in arts education.
