Arika are members of the Federation of Scottish Theatres. FST is the membership and sector support body for professional dance, opera, and theatre in Scotland. They advocate, connect across, and lead necessary change within the performing arts, enabling a thriving sector that that is integral to a vibrant, diverse, and equitable Scotland.

Arika are a​ ​PiPA​ (​Parents and Carers in Performing Arts)​ ​Charter Partner​, striving towards creating a more family friendly working environment.

PiPA campaigns to enable and empower parents, carers and employers to achieve sustainable change in attitudes and practices in order to attract, support and retain a more diverse and flexible workforce. Arika are always happy to discuss solutions with all our employees, freelance staff and participating artists that allow people to balance their caring responsibilities with their working lives.
