Carolyn Lazard is an artist and writer based in Philadelphia and New York. Lazard has participated in exhibitions at several institutions including KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Berlin, Germany; Palais de Tokyo, Paris, France; Museum fur Moderne Kunst, Frankfurt, Germany; MIT List Visual Arts Center, Cambridge, Massachusetts; The Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, New York; Contemporary Art Centre (CAC) Vilnius; New Museum, New York, New York.  Lazard has published texts including “The World is Unknown,” with Triple Canopy; “Accessibility and the Arts: A Promise and A Practice” with Recess and Common Field. Lazard is a 2021 United States Artists fellow and a 2020 Disability Futures Fellow.

Constantina Zavitsanos is a New York based artist who works in sculpture, performance, text, and sound to elaborate what’s invaluable in debt, dependency, incapacity, and other shared resources in means beyond measure. Zavitsanos has exhibited at the Brooklyn Museum, New Museum, Artists Space, The Kitchen, and Participant Inc. in New York; at Arika in Glasgow, Scotland, Museum für ModerneKunst in Frankfurt, and Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin. With Park McArthur, they wrote “Other Forms of Conviviality” in Women & Performance (Routledge, 2013) and “The Guild of the Brave Poor Things” in Trap Door: Trans Cultural Production and the Politics of Visibility (MIT Press, 2017). Zavitsanos co-organized “I Wanna Be With You Everywhere”with Arika and others at Performance Space New York and Whitney Museum of American Art. Zavitsanos is the 2022 Keith Haring Fellow in Art & Activism at Bard College.
