Kinning Park Complex

KPC is opposite Kinning Park underground station, close to major bus routes, close to cycle routes, and has easy access on/off the M8. On Paisley Road West, the corner of Cornwall Street is marked by the Bellrock Bar, and on the opposite side of Paisley Road West by the Grapes Bar. Train The nearest national railway stations are Queen Street Station and Glasgow Central Station. The easiest way to get to to KPC from the city centre is by underground. For further information go to the Traveline Scotland website. Underground KPC is located very close to the Kinning Park underground station. When you come out of the station entrance it is up a little on your right – at about One O’clock. Literally a one minute walk. For more information go the SPT website. Bus KPC is on Cornwall Street, just off Paisley Road West which is a main bus route. Please check bus company timetables for details. Buses along Paisley Road West include: Arriva – 36, 36E, 38, 38E; McGills – 38; First – 9, N9, 54, 54c, 56, 56a, 90, 121, 153 For information on local bus services go to the Traveline Scotland website. Plane Glasgow International Airport is the closest airport to the city centre. Some main operators that fly into Glasgow International are Easy Jet, Fly Globespan, KLM, British Airways, Flybe, BMI. The easiest way to get into the city centre from Glasgow International is by bus: Service 500 (First Group) – Services run roughly every 15 minutes and journey time from airport to the bus station is 25 minutes. Service 747 (First Group) – Services run roughly every 20 minutes and journey time from airport to the bus station is 55 minutes. Glasgow Prestwick Airport is further away from the city centre. The main operator that flies into Glasgow Prestwick is Ryanair, from a variety of European locations. The easiest way to get into the city centre from Glasgow Prestwick is by train.
