Vacancies – Episode Producer & Episode Artist Support and Liaison Manager

Important Update
Due to a change in the programme of our Episode, the production week at Tramway will now be 11th – 18th November 2024. This is inclusive of get-in, rehearsals, public dates and get out. This is a change to when we first advertised this role from 5th – 10th June. This will result in a change to the previously stated contract dates and the total contract fee. Episode Producer

Freelance, fixed term. From August 5th – 6th December 2024
Approx. 57 days over 18 weeks / 4 months
Contract total approx. £11,536
We’re looking for someone who can help us creatively turn Episode 11 programming ideas into practical reality with the rest of the core and project team. Friendship, solidarity and hosting are very important to us; so we’re looking to work with someone who cares about people and relationships. Key responsibilities include: production and event management, scheduling, budget management, artist and partner liaison, managing access provisions and production staff management. We are looking for someone with experience of running public events who is adaptable and proactive with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Episode Artist Support and Liaison Manager

Freelance, fixed term. From August 5th – 29th November 2024
Approx. 52 days over 17 weeks / 4 months
Contract total approx. £10,625
We’re looking for someone to help us create a welcoming and caring environment for our artists, participants and guests at our upcoming Episode 11 event at Tramway, Glasgow in November 2024. Friendship, solidarity and hosting are very important to us; so we’re looking to work with someone who cares about people and relationships. Key responsibilities include: gathering and collating necessary information from artists and participants to support their attendance, creating contracts and booking all travel, accommodation, work permits and event catering and who will host our guests at the Episode. We’re looking for someone with event experience who is mindful and aware of others needs and has a proactive approach to meeting their responsibilities.
