“My name is Nosheen and I’m passionate about supporting people’s health and wellbeing. I know through personal experience that time for relaxation is key, yet hard to carve out. A session with me is that time to receive caring touch, unravel tensions held in your body and slip into a deeper sense of peace.

I gained my Swedish Massage Level 7 diploma in 2019 with The Western School, Hot Stone Massage with The Glasgow school of Massage & Advanced Neck and Face Massage with Shiatsu and Thai Massage Training. I’m currently back with the Western School, scheduled to sit my Remedial and Sports Massage exam in September.

I’m a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.Aside from my massage practice, I’m also a practising artist, designer, curator, AV tech, production assistant and Active Listener. I used to run Digital Desperados film training course for women of colour (trans inclusive) and GLITCH Film Festival, which platformed film & artists moving image by LGBTIQA+ people of colour.”
