The workshops explored the important values of diversity, dialog, self-awareness, group awareness, listening, creative problem solving, spontaneity and risk taking. The Creative Music Workshop offers the potential for personal growth and community development through music improvisation. 

Nmperign’s techniques are seriously extended; their music is full of refracted brass and wind tones, dead silent air and the occasional piercing shard of sound. Dave Dove is a liberated improvising trombonist who cuts loose from established improvisational patterns. His circular, singing tones seem capable of tracing the resonance of the architecture.
