About the event

Chip is often called a sex radical. He’s written some of the greatest literary pornography you’ll ever come across, books which push sexuality to the point of extremity and exhaustion. They host orgies of fucking and sucking, elaborate games of dominance and submission, and enormous quantities of piss and shit and sweat and cum. He’s going to read from some of those books here.

Delany’s erotics—of scat, of snot and of bitten-down and filthy nails—are never allowed to feel sinful, wasteful, or something to feel guilty of. Instead, these mutual acts of pleasure contain the entwined nature of desire and struggle, and form one possible basis for companionship and caring everyday love.
